Administrator settings changes via missing nonce validation
Published Nov 30, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in WebToffee eCommerce Marketing Automation 1.2.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify plugin settings. The ajax_reset(), wt_decorator_button_text(), and wt_decorator_set_as_default() handlers process state-changing requests without nonce validation. Exploitation requires an administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link, enabling unauthorized changes to several plugin settings.
