Editor crash via unchecked z= command count

Integer overflow in Vim before 9.0.2111 allows local users to crash the editor by entering an oversized count with the z= command. The get_number function multiplies the accumulated decimal count by 10 without first ensuring that the value remains within INT_MAX. A user must interact with Vim or run untrusted input in script mode, and the crash does not occur in every execution.
