Local code execution via traceroute command injection

Command injection in TOTOlink A3700R firmware 9.1.2u.6134_B20201202 allows local users to execute arbitrary code via traceroute requests. The setTracerouteCfg handler reads the command parameter, inserts it unfiltered into a traceroute shell command with sprintf, and passes the result to doSystem. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access; injected commands execute with the router service's permissions and can read, alter, or disrupt device data.
