Unauthorized tag-out actions via arbitrary password acceptance

Improper authentication in Asset Suite 9.6.3.11.0 through 9.6.3.11.1 and 9.6.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute tag-out actions. With SSO and T214 password validation enabled, the holder-action confirmation accepts an arbitrary password instead of validating the selected holder's credentials. A user authorized to act for another employee can therefore Accept, Release, or Clear that employee's Equipment Tag Out state.
