Crafted notifications via exposed channel access token

Sensitive information exposure in CHIGASAKI BAKERY mini-app on LINE 13.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to send crafted notifications. The mini-app exposes its channel access token, which the LINE Service Message API accepts as bearer authorization for notification requests. Possession of the leaked channel credential is required and permits messages through the affected mini-app channel, without reported service interruption.
