Unauthorized notifications via exposed channel access token

Information disclosure in the GINZA CAFE mini-app for LINE 13.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to send crafted notifications. The mini-app exposes its channel access token to callers, who can reuse that credential to submit notification content through LINE. Access to the mini-app is required; published evidence establishes token disclosure and unauthorized notification delivery, not code execution or service interruption.
