Stored XSS via unescaped executor log content
Published Nov 15, 2023 · Updated Aug 29, 2024
Stored XSS in XXL-JOB Admin 2.4.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in an administrator's browser via job logs. The log-detail page renders executor log content as HTML without neutralizing embedded script markup. An attacker must place the markup in an executor log, and an authenticated administrator must view the corresponding log entry.
