Authenticated log disclosure and deletion via unchecked permissions
Published Nov 15, 2023 · Updated Aug 12, 2024
Authorization bypass in xxl-job-admin 2.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and delete job logs through web endpoints. The clearLog and logDetailCat endpoints accept a normal user's session cookie without validating job privileges, exposing log contents and permitting all logs to be cleared. Any valid low-privilege web-console account can retrieve sensitive job output or erase operational history.
