Traffic interception via disabled TLS verification

Improper certificate validation in LocalStack 2.3.2 allows remote attackers to intercept OpenSearch traffic via a man-in-the-middle attack. The get_cluster_health_status function requests the OpenSearch health endpoint with TLS certificate verification explicitly disabled. An attacker able to interpose on the host-to-cluster network path can read or alter that HTTPS exchange without credentials or user interaction.
