Arbitrary file upload via magic-byte spoofing

Unrestricted file upload in OpenSupports 4.11.0 allows remote attackers to upload disguised Windows batch files through ticket comments. The api/ticket/comment handler trusts spoofed file magic bytes when validating an uploaded file, allowing a dangerous .bat payload to masquerade as an accepted type. The published assessment requires no privileges or user interaction; a successful upload permits unauthorized file writes and reported arbitrary code execution.
