CSRF in Dreamer CMS 4.1.3 allows remote attackers to add permissions through a forged permission-management request. The permission-management add operation accepts a state-changing request without a CSRF token tied to the authenticated session. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to submit attacker-controlled content, after which the request changes permission assignments.
