Memory corruption via HEVC VPS stack overwrite

Stack-buffer overflow in GPAC 2.3-DEV-rev566-g50c2ab06f-master allows attackers to corrupt memory by processing crafted HEVC data. The splitting_flag path indexes dim_bit_offset at num_scalability_types, allowing a crafted VPS with 16 scalability types to write one byte beyond the 16-element stack array. The demonstrated trigger requires processing an attacker-supplied HEVC file with MP4Box; the published proof of concept causes an AddressSanitizer abort, while code-execution impact is not demonstrated.
