Open redirect via unsanitized WebSocket message HTML

HTML injection in ASP.NET Zero before 12.3.0 allows remote attackers to redirect targeted users through crafted WebSocket messages. The dashboard renders message content as active HTML without neutralizing a meta refresh element, making its browser navigation target attacker-controlled. A targeted user must be online and have the message appear on the dashboard; the redirect then occurs without further interaction and can send the browser to any URL.
