Infinite loop in FreeImage 3.18.0 allows remote attackers to hang the consuming application via a crafted TIFF image. The Load loop in PluginTIFF.cpp advances src_bits by bytes-per-channel, but a zero value leaves the pointer unchanged after AssignPixel takes its release-build default path. Exploitation requires an application to open the crafted file; the affected process runs indefinitely until terminated, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
