Memory exhaustion via attacker-sized bitmap allocation

Excessive memory allocation in FreeImage 3.18.0 allows attackers to exhaust memory and interrupt image processing via a crafted JPEG. FreeImage_AllocateBitmap derives dib_size from attacker-controlled JPEG dimensions and passes the excessive result to FreeImage_Aligned_Malloc. A user or application must process the crafted image; successful exploitation exhausts available memory and can crash or stall the consuming process.
