Authenticated command execution via unchecked package folder

Path traversal in pyLoad 0.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands by redirecting downloads into script directories. The edit_package route passes the unvalidated pack_folder form value to set_package_data, allowing an edited package to target any filesystem directory. Web UI access is required; placing an executable download in a configured pyLoad script directory grants control of the underlying server.
