Unrestricted file upload in Zachary Segal CataBlog 1.7.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write files to the server. Public advisories do not identify the vulnerable function or disclose how CataBlog's upload path fails to reject dangerous file types. Editor-level WordPress access is required; uploaded server-executable content can enable code execution in the site's security context.
