Path traversal in IBM Security Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager 4.3 allows remote authenticated users to modify files via crafted URLs. IBM has not disclosed the affected URL handler or path-validation code; the request uses dot-dot segments to escape the intended directory. A valid low-privileged account is required, and the reported consequence is file modification rather than service interruption.
