Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted SMTP configuration requests

Server-side request forgery in ManageEngine Endpoint Central 9.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to send arbitrary HTTP requests. The /smtpConfig.do component accepts attacker-controlled request data and causes the server to issue HTTP requests without restricting the destination. Administrative privileges are required, and the resulting server-side request capability supports cross-port attacks and service enumeration.
