Server path disclosure via uncaught export error
Published Nov 15, 2023 · Updated Aug 29, 2024
Information disclosure in Pimcore Admin UI Classic Bundle before 1.2.1 allows remote attackers to read server filesystem paths. The asset and data-object grid re-export actions call Flysystem readStream on a missing temporary CSV without catching UnableToReadFile, allowing the underlying file-open error to reach the response. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosed webroot path can facilitate follow-on attacks that require an absolute filename.
