Arbitrary container execution via forged parent task

Improper authorization in vantage6 before 4.1.2 allows remote authenticated users controlling a server to execute arbitrary node algorithms. The node's is_docker_image_allowed function returns true for any task with a parent, skipping algorithm-image allowlist matching. A party controlling the server can assign a fake parent identifier and make connected nodes run a non-whitelisted container image.
