Root command execution via unsanitized web-group member

OS command injection in TP-Link ER7206 firmware 1.3.0 build 20230322 Rel.70591 allows remote authenticated users to gain a root shell. The uhttpd web-group handler passes the attacker-controlled members parameter to a shell command without sanitizing shell metacharacters. Administrative access to the web interface is required, and successful exploitation provides unrestricted root shell access on the router.
