Improper access control in Fortinet FortiMail 7.4.0 allows remote attackers to bypass administrator login via a crafted HTTP request. Fortinet has not published which request element or access-control operation incorrectly accepts the unauthenticated request. Exploitation requires RADIUS authentication with remote_wildcard enabled and grants administrative access without valid credentials.
