Stored XSS via unsanitized attachment rendering

Stored XSS in Elementor Website Builder 3.16.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through page content. The get_inline_svg function reads an attacker-chosen attachment and returns its raw contents as HTML without validating the file type or sanitizing the content. Contributor access is sufficient to import a crafted image through a draft template; the script runs when a user previews or visits the injected page.
