Decoder crash via unchecked parameter-set references

Buffer overflow in strukturag libde265 1.0.12 allows attackers to crash the dec265 decoder by processing a crafted HEVC file. The slice_segment_header::dump_slice_segment_header function dereferences absent PPS or SPS objects returned for invalid references instead of rejecting the malformed slice. Exploitation requires the crafted file to reach a decoding application, and the demonstrated consequence is decoder termination.
