Authenticated database disclosure via project parameter injection
Published Mar 27, 2024 · Updated Sep 4, 2024
SQL injection in Reportico PHP Report Designer 8.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose data via the project parameter. The project parameter reaches an SQL command without neutralization; appending a quote triggers an error that reveals internal paths, file paths, and database details. Low-privilege access is required, and the documented behavior is limited to information disclosure rather than data modification or service interruption.
