Memory leak in GPAC MP4Box v2.3-DEV-rev617-g671976fcc-master allows attackers to cause denial of service via a crafted MP4 file. The gf_isom_add_chapter function in /isomedia/isom_write.c retains allocated memory while processing chapter data, allowing repeated crafted input to exhaust process memory. Local users must open the crafted file; the documented consequence is service interruption without confidentiality or integrity impact.
