Crash via underflowed MMS packet length

Integer underflow in VLC media player 3.0.19 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the player via a crafted MMS stream. GetPacket subtracts 8 from the attacker-controlled 16-bit i_size2 field and assigns the negative result to the unsigned packet-length field without rejecting it. Exploitation requires a user to open the stream; the grounded consequence is a player crash, while code execution was not demonstrated.
