Unauthenticated crash via out-of-range PFCP IE type

Buffer overflow in free5GC 3.3.0, UPF 1.2.0, and SMF 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to cause service crashes via PFCP messages. The UPF PFCP parser passes an IE whose secondary type exceeds 0x7fff to go-pfcp ParseMultiIEs, which slices beyond the received buffer and triggers a Go panic. Network access to the PFCP UDP service is sufficient, and the resulting UPF process termination interrupts user-plane service.
