Account impersonation via hard-coded JWT signing secret

Authentication bypass in Headwind MDM Web panel 5.22.1 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate other users with forged JWTs. TokenProvider validates user-supplied HS512 JWTs with the same static secret exposed in the public build configuration, allowing attackers to sign accepted tokens. Low-privileged web-panel access is required; forged subject and authentication-token claims can assume another account's privileges.
