Settings overwrite via nonce-free init handler
Published Mar 12, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
CSRF in LadiApp 4.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to change WordPress settings through a forged administrator request. The init_endpoint() function, registered on init, processes attacker-controlled settings without verifying a WordPress nonce. Administrator interaction is required; changing ladipage_key enables new posts and malicious web-script injection.
