Administrator code execution via unsanitized query input
Published Dec 18, 2023 · Updated May 20, 2025
Code injection in Breakdance WP All Export before 1.4.0 and WP All Export Pro before 1.8.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The WP Query Results export path accepts the wp_query parameter and executes the supplied PHP expression without validating or sanitizing it. An Administrator-level WordPress account must create the crafted export, after which the code runs with the web server's privileges and can read, change, or interrupt site data and services.
