CVE-2023-47210

Service interruption via improperly validated wireless input

Published May 16, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Improper input validation in Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi software before 23.20 allows physically proximate attackers to interrupt service. Intel has not disclosed the input field, processing locus, or validation error that accepts the malformed wireless input. Exploitation requires adjacent wireless access and causes a bounded availability loss, with no published confidentiality or integrity impact.
