Local file inclusion in Trend Micro Apex One 2019 before 14.0.0.12526 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as IUSR. The Apex One web console passes an insecure path to a PHP include function, causing inclusion of attacker-selected local content. Exploitation requires low-privileged code execution on the Windows management server; Apex One as a Service before 14.0.12737 is also affected.
