CVE-2023-47193

SYSTEM code execution via unvalidated command origin

Published Jan 23, 2024 · Updated Jun 20, 2025

Origin validation failure in Trend Micro Apex One allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM through the Security Agent. The NT Listener service accepts commands without adequately validating their origin before processing them. Exploitation requires prior low-privileged code execution on an affected Windows endpoint and yields arbitrary code execution in the SYSTEM context.
