Missing authorization in Labib Ahmed SmartText Rotator 5.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify plugin settings. The save_admin_options function accepts settings updates without verifying that the caller has the required WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to change the plugin's rotating-text configuration, altering content presented by affected sites.
