Stored XSS via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in Login Screen Manager 3.5.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to store malicious scripts in plugin settings. The cwlsm_options_page() handler accepts settings changes without valid nonce verification, allowing attacker-supplied script content to be saved and later rendered. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open or submit a forged request; the stored script then executes for users who view the affected page.
