Stored XSS via unescaped admin-area output
Published Nov 6, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Elementor Linker 1.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with administrator privileges to inject scripts. The affected admin-area view renders stored link data without output escaping, so saved markup becomes executable browser content. Administrator-level access is required to store the payload, and the script runs in the browser of a user who opens the affected admin view.
