Account takeover via poisoned password-reset links

Host header injection in THM-Health PILOS before 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to steal reset tokens for local user accounts. The password reset component trusts the request Host header when constructing the emailed reset URL, so an attacker-controlled hostname directs the token-bearing link to an attacker server. Exploitation requires local accounts, enabled password reset, acceptance of the forged host, and a recipient who follows the link; the exposed token enables account takeover.
