Authorization bypass via encoded URL fragments

Authorization bypass in Traefik Proxy before 2.10.6 and 3.0.0-beta1 through 3.0.0-beta4 allows remote attackers to reach blocked URIs. Traefik's HTTP entry-point handler accepts a literal fragment marker in the request path, percent-encodes it, and forwards the altered path instead of rejecting the invalid origin-form request. Exploitation requires a chained frontend proxy enforcing URI-based restrictions and downstream handling that reinterprets the altered path; the bypass exposes resources that the frontend intended to block.
