Memory disclosure via MP4 out-of-bounds read
Published Nov 17, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe After Effects 24.0.2 and earlier and 23.6 and earlier allows attackers to disclose process memory through an MP4 file. The MP4 parser fails to validate user-supplied data before reading past the end of an allocated object. Exploitation requires a victim to open the file; the disclosure can expose memory used to defeat ASLR, while code execution requires chaining another flaw.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
