AMF crash via nil pointer dereference

Denial of service in free5GC 3.3.0 allows local users to crash the AMF by sending a crafted UE registration request over SCTP. The AMF NGAP dispatcher processes the request after peer-address resolution returns nil, then dereferences the nil value and terminates the AMF process. Low-privileged access to the SCTP service on port 38412 is required, and a successful trigger disconnects other UEs from the core network.
