Unauthenticated router takeover via unchecked password decoding

Stack-based buffer overflow in TOTOLINK LR1200GB firmware 9.1.0u.6619_B20230130 allows remote attackers to crash or hijack the router. The loginAuth handler sends the password through urldecode, which writes the decoded value into a fixed-size stack buffer without checking its length. Unauthenticated access to the web management endpoint is sufficient; an oversized password can interrupt service or redirect program control.
