CVE-2023-46954Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via Name SQL injection

Published Nov 3, 2023 · Updated Sep 6, 2024

SQL injection in RelativityOne allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted Name value sent to its users API. The retrieveusersby REST endpoint passes the JSON Name field into a database query, allowing CASE expressions to control results through a Boolean and error oracle. The published CVSS assessment requires no authentication; public records conflict between 12.1.537.3 Patch 2 and a 12.4.537.3 upper bound.
