Code execution via writable Wireshark extcap scripts

Incorrect file permissions in Nordic Semiconductor nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE 3.0.0, 3.1.0, and 4.0.0 through 4.1.1 allow local users to run code. The extcap shell script and Python modules have modes 777 and 666, allowing unprivileged users to replace code that Wireshark loads. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and another user to start Wireshark, after which the modified extension runs with that user's privileges.
