Authenticated arbitrary file read via unsanitized filepath

Path traversal in Peppermint Ticket Management 0.2.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The ticket download handler passes the unvalidated filepath query parameter directly to fs.createReadStream, permitting ../ traversal. A logged-in user with ticket access can retrieve readable system files, application source, or secrets such as .env data.
