Unauthenticated file disclosure via download path traversal

Path traversal in Peppermint Ticket Management before 0.2.4 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files via a crafted request. The /api/v1/users/file/download endpoint passes the user-controlled filepath to its download operation without rejecting parent-directory traversal. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is bounded by files readable to the Peppermint service.
