Arbitrary file read via unrestricted attachment URLs

Information disclosure in Apache Allura 1.0.1 through 1.15.0 allows remote authenticated users to read server files through crafted forum imports. ForgeDiscussionImporter passes each attachment URL to ProjectExtractor, whose urlopen path accepts file:// URLs and attaches the retrieved local content to the imported post. Project-administrator access is required; exposed configuration secrets can enable session forgery and remote code execution.
