Network backend crash via zero-length transmit fragments

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel Xen netback 4.14 and newer allows guest OS users to crash the network backend. A crafted multipart transmit request whose converted SKB fragments are all zero-length reaches core networking code and dereferences NULL. The trigger requires an unprivileged guest using a Linux-based network backend; the demonstrated consequence is a backend crash, while corruption or privilege escalation remains unconfirmed.
