Unrestricted file upload in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM before 2023.4 allows remote authenticated users to write files to the server. Ivanti has not published the affected upload endpoint or the validation failure that permits attacker-controlled files to reach sensitive directories. A valid account is required; successful writes can execute commands as the non-root web application user, while Ivanti reports no effect on other products.
